NJAC 10:162-6.3. Length of treatment
The minimum length of treatment for outpatient shall be 16 sessions, one
session per week. Each session shall be a minimum of one hour. The Intoxicated
Driver Resource Center may require a mixture of outpatient, intensive
outpatient and/or inpatient, and self help for a total time of one year from
the date treatment commences.
