NJAC 10:162-3.7. Scheduling and monitoring of third and
subsequent offenders
Third and subsequent offenders shall be referred to the 12 hour Intoxicated
Driver Resource Center for evaluation, referral to treatment and/or self-help
group participation, pursuant to
N.J.A.C. 10:162-4.2, and N.J.A.C.
10:162-4.5. Third and subsequent offenders shall be monitored by the
Intoxicated Driver Resource Center for one full year from the time the client
begins treatment.
